Stretch + Mobility

Yoga, Mobility + Stretch with me + our instructors James & Gege! My stretch sessions are all about improving mobility + flexibility to assist with the exercises we work on in class as well as helping with recovery after a tough session! James’s sessions are all about slowing down, stretching out, and improving mobility. Gege’s sessions are progressive mobility and flexibility programmes where she teaches us specific skills e.g. learn to do a headstand!
