Metcon Monday – Circuits x AMRAP

A full body session split into two fast paced workouts. The first block moves through a set of exercises with longer work periods before switching to shorter, quicker rounds to lift the intensity and keep the pace high. The second workout is a short AMRAP that pushes speed and efficiency, repeating a simple sequence as many times as possible in the time. Expect a big sweat, elevated heart rate, and that classic Metcon feeling.
