No equipment needed - optional weights
11 tracks, different focus in each.
If you want low impact alternatives they’re noted here (I mention some in the workout too but not all)
1. Warmup jog + high knees. Low impact option: Step + March
2. Squat to toes.
3. Half burpees. Low impact option: step out step in, or swap for knee ups / ski ergs
4. Abs in and out
5. Fast feet🔥 Low impact option: squat hold + fast punches
6. Mountain climber + thruster + gorilla burpee. Low impact: instead of gorilla burpee do a second set of thrusters
7. Mountain climber + spider climber. Modified
8. Push up sit back. Modified: knee or raised push up
9. Ski erg
10. Abs and high knees. Low impact option for high knees: Marches / knee up taps
11. Squats + Burpees. Low impact option: bodyweight thruster, squat to toes, any other exercise from the session that felt intense to finish on!
